John L. Scott WSL Property Management observes all regulations concerning Equal Opportunity housing and fully supports the Fair Housing laws.

The applicant-screening fee is a non-refundable $35.00 per adult, unless all applicants share a credit report. Incomplete, inaccurate or falsified information may be grounds for denial or termination of the rental agreement upon discovery.

Selection process guidelines include verification of:

1. Two years or more of positive rental history.
2. Employment history of (2) years or greater.
3. Income equal to (2) times the rental amount or greater.
4. Credit/criminal background check.
